| 摘 要： | 从多棘海盘车的内脏和体壁中提取出皂甙粗品，其得率分别为0．076％、0．0101％（克干基／克湿基），并对其进行了检测。通过溶血反应及薄层层析，表明从内脏中提取出的皂甙与从体壁中提取出的皂甙在组成上没有明显的差异；通过几种显色反应及红外光谱分析；认为该制品是具有多组分的硫酸酯甾体皂甙类物质。

| Abstract: | Crude saponins extracted from the viscera and the body wall of Asterias amurensis, yielded respectively 0. 0760% and 0. 0101% (g dry material/g wet material). The detection of saponins was carried out by hemolytic reaction and thin layer chromatogram .The results showed that saponins from the viscera and the body wall have no clear difference in components. Several color reactions and infrared spectrum analysis showed saponins from Asterias amurensis to be steroid-saponin,with sulphate group including many components. |
