正交试验法优化连翘叶中连翘苷提取工艺的研究

摘    要:通过单因素试验研究乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间4个因素对连翘叶中连翘苷得率的影响。在单因素的基础上,采用正交试验法优化提取工艺。结果表明,连翘叶中连翘苷最佳提取条件为:80%乙醇,料液比1:10,60℃超声波提取8min,在此条件下,连翘苷得率为0.3112%。

Abstract:To obtain optimal process conditions for the extraction of forsythin from leaves of Forsythia suspense, the effects of ethanol concentration, material-to-liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time on forsythin yield were investigated by single factor method. And then Orthogonal test method was employed to optimize extraction conditions. The optimum values of ethanol concentration was 80%, material-to-liquid ratio was 1 : 10(g : mL), extraction temperature was 60℃, extraction time was 8min. Under this condition, the value of forsythin yield was o. 3112%.
