PEG胁迫下小麦幼苗ABA与Ca2+/CaM的关系

摘    要:本文以不同浓度钙离子螯合剂EGTA、钙通道阻断剂异博啶(Vp)和CaM拮抗剂三氟啦嗪(TFP)处理小麦幼苗, 对PEG胁迫下根和叶片ABA和CaM含量的变化进行了测定. 结果表明: EGTA、 Vp和TFP处理皆能促进根和叶片ABA含量的提高. PEG胁迫下不同浓度EGTA和Vp处理后CaM含量也不同程度地提高, TFP处理可减弱PEG对CaM含量升高的促进作用. 从A

Abstract:The changes of ABA and CaM contents of roots and leaves in winter wheat seedlings pre treated with EGTA, Verapamil and Trifluoperazine under PEG stress were measured. The results showed: ABA contents of roots and leaves under PEG stress were all enhanced by EGTA? Vp or TFP. CaM contents increased when treated with different concentration EGTA and Vp under PEG stress. TFP could cut down the effects of PEG on CaM. The highest park of CaM appeared behind of that of ABA. Those stated that Ca 2+ /CaM might participate in signal transduction of ABA and ABA synthesis was related to the concentration of [Ca 2+ ].
