甘薯品种抗旱性的主成分分析

摘    要:对7个抗旱性不同的甘薯品种离体叶片的抗旱性生理指标进行主成分分析表明,影响品种抗旱性强弱的主机生理因素是膜脂过氧化水平导致的质膜伤害程度及叶保水能力。

Abstract:Principal component analysis was conducted of drought resistance physiological indices of de-tached leaves of seven sweet potato cultivars with different levels of drought resistance ,under water-stress conditions.The main physiologieal factors affecting drought resistance in various cultivarsappeared to be water retention ability of thc leaves and the degree of their plasma membrane in juryresulting from membrane lipid peroxidation.
