旧院黑鸡生产性能系统观察

摘    要:引种观察表明,旧院黑鸡在中等营养水平和笼养条件下,18周龄时体重达1283.2g,料肉比为3.42:1,500日龄平均产蛋量为76枚,比产区散养时提高了19.87%。成年公鸡体重2534.8g,比散养时减少3.08%,主要体尺变化不明显,胴体率,全净膛率分另为91.5%和81.4%,胸肌蛋白质含量为26.04%,13种必需和半必需氨基酸占氨基酸的58.47%。旧院黑鸡在高温高湿笼养的条件下,生产性

Abstract:The breed-importing observation of the Jiuyuan Black Fowl raised under eage-rearing conditions with medium nutrition level has shown that 18-week-old chickens have an average body weight of 1 283.2 g and a food/meat ratio of 3.42;the average egg production for 500-day -old chickens is 19.87%higher than that for the same breed in their original inhabitant area,being 76 eggs,the body weight of adult roosters averages 2534.88,3,08%lower than it was before their migration. The essential measuring of the body shows no great variation,Corpse rate and total meat rate are 91.5%and 81.4%,respectively. Protein content of the sternal muscles is 26.04%and 13 essential and semi-essential amino acids constitute 58.47%of the total.Theproduction performance of Jiuyuan Black Fowls appears fairly satisfactory under housed Conditions with high temperature and high himidity.
