财政收支对我国城乡收入断裂的影响分析

在财政收支与城乡收入相关理论的基础上，采取协整和误差修正模型分析了财政对重庆城乡收入差距的影响。长期来看，财政支出有利于缩小城乡收入差距，而财政收入则会拉大城乡收入差距，均衡财政对改善城乡收入差距的效果不显著。政府在实施财政政策时要充分考虑财政收支对城乡收入差距的影响，优化财政收支结构，缩小城乡收入差距。

Analysis on Effects of Financial Revenue and Expenditure on Income Gap Between Urban and Countryside

On the basis of related theories of financial revenue and expenditure and urban-rural income,the co-integration and error correction model was taken to analyzed the effects of finance on income gap between urban and rural in Chongqing.In the long run,financial expenditure was beneficial to reducing income gap between urban and rural,but financial revenue could widen income gap between urban and rural,and the balanced finance had no obvious effect on reducing income gap between urban and rural.So when government implement financial policy, they should fully considered the effects of financial revenue and expenditure on income gap between urban and rural,optimized the financial revenue and expenditure structure and reduce income gap between urban and rural.
