琯溪蜜柚黑斑病拮抗细菌分离及鉴定

摘    要:为获得琯溪蜜柚黑斑病菌Phyllosticta citriasiana的拮抗微生物,从平和琯溪蜜柚园采集土样19份,经室内分离、纯化及筛选,获得了对琯溪蜜柚黑斑病菌具有拮抗作用的18株细菌,其中拮抗作用最强的为菌株BC12,其对黑斑病菌的抑菌率为55.84%。对疮痂病菌Sphaceloma fawcetti、炭疽病菌Colletotrichum gleosporioides、黄斑病菌Mycosphaerella cirri这3种琯溪蜜柚果园常见的病原菌均有不同程度的拮抗作用,表现出一定的抗菌活性。菌落形态观察、生理生化特性测定以及16S rDNA序列分析的结果表明,BC12为短小芽孢杆菌Bacillus pumilus。

Abstract:Through plate-method, 18 antagonistic bacteria strains against Phyllosticta citriasiana were isolated from 19 samples collected from the orchard of Guanxi honey pomelo in Pinghe, Zhangzhou, Fujian Province. Results showed that strain BC12 had the highest antagonistic activity with the inhibition rate of 55.84%. The strain BC12 exhibited extensive antagonistic effect on 3 other honey pomelo pathogens, Sphaceloma fawcetti, Colletotrichum gleosporioides and Mycosphaerella cirri. Based on 16S rDNA sequence homology, physiological and biochemical characteristics and morphological observation, the strain was identified as Bacillus pumilus.
