摘    要:目的]调查分析贵州引种太子参种植基地土壤和药材中的重金属含量及有机氯农药残留量,为太子参安全规范化生产提供依据。方法]用原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光光谱法测定土壤和药材中的重金属含量,用毛细管气相色谱法测定有机氯农药残留量。结果]贵州引种太子参种植基地土壤和药材中重金属含量、有机氯农药残留量均低于国家限量标准。结论]贵州引种太子参种植基地土壤和药材均符合中药材规范化种植标准。

Study on the Residue of Heavy Metals and Organochlorine Pesticides in the Planting Base Soil and the Medicinal Materials of Pseudostellaria heterophylla in Guizhou
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to investigate and analyze the heavy metals content and the residual quantity of organochlorine pesticides in the planting base soil and medicinal materials of introduced Pseudostellaria heterophylla in Guizhou and provide the basis for the safe and normalized production of P. heterophylla.Method] The content of heavy metals in the soil and medicinal materials were determined by using atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The residual quantity of organochlorine pesticides was determined by capillary gas chromatography.Result] The heavy metals content and the residual quantity of organochborine pesticides in the planting base soil and medicinal materials of introduced P.heterophylla in Guizhou were lower than the limit of the national standard.Conclusion] The planting base soil and medicinal materials of introduced P. heterophylla in Guizhou are all accordant with the normalized planting standards of Chinese medicinal materials.
