摘    要:研究了钼氮互作对不同部位烤烟烟叶总氮、烟碱和石油醚提取物的影响。结果表明:施用氮肥和钼肥均能够增强烟株氮代谢,其中施氮能够使总氮含量和石油醚提取物含量明显增加,且各部位烟叶石油醚提取物随施氮量的增加而增加。另外,在同等施氮条件下,施钼可以促进石油醚提取物含量的增加。钼氮配合施用对烤烟总氮含量的提高存在协同效应,但在同等施氮水平下,钼肥用量对烤烟总氮、烟碱和石油醚提取物含量的影响规律不尽相同。

Abstract:The influences of molybdenum and nitrogen interaction on the contents of total nitrogen , nicotine and petroleum e-ther extract in different parts of flue -cured tobacco leaves were studied .The results indicated that applying nitrogen fertilizer and molybdenum fertilizer all could enhance the nitrogen metabolism in tobacco plants .Nitrogen fertilizer application could obviously in-crease the contents of total nitrogen and petroleum ether extract , and the content of petroleum ether extract in different parts of tobac-co leaves increased with the increase in application rate of nitrogen fertilizer .In addition , under the same nitrogen application rate condition, molybdenum application could promote the rising of petroleum ether extract content .The combined application of molyb-denum and nitrogen had synergistic effect on the enhancement of total nitrogen content in flue -cured tobacco , but under the equal nitrogen application level condition , the application rate of molybdenum fertilizer had different influences on the contents of total ni -trogen, nicotine and petroleum ether extract in flue -cured tobacco .
