摘    要:以提取的总黄酮含量为考察指标,采用UV分光光度法测定其含量,通过正交试验考察乙醇浓度,超声时间及超声温度对提取率的影响,以得到最佳的提取条件。结果表明:各因素的影响程度为乙醇浓度>超声时间>超声温度,其中乙醇浓度和超声时间对提取率的影响最为显著,超声温度的影响不显著;最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度为60%,超声温度为60℃,超声时间25 min;平均提取率为25.0 mg/g,RSD为0.4%。

Optimization of Conditions for Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Eriocaulon buergerianum by Ultrasonic Method

Abstract:In order to gain the optimum conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids from Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern by ultrasonic method , we determined the content of extracted total flavonoids by using UV spectrophotometry , and investigated the influ-ences of ethanol concentration , ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time on the extraction yield of total flavonoids through orthogo -nal experiment .The results showed that the effect of various factors on the extraction yield revealed the following sequence :ethanol concentration >ultrasonic time >ultrasonic temperature .Among these factors , ethanol concentration had the most significant in-fluence on the extraction yield , followed by ultrasonic time , while ultrasonic temperature had no significant influence .The best ex-traction conditions were gained as follows:60%ethanol , ultrasonic temperature 60℃, and ultrasonic time 25 min.Under the opti-mum conditions, the average extraction yield of total flavonoids was 25.0 mg/g, and the RSD was 0.4%.
