家蚕耐氟性遗传与茧丝质性状相关性研究

摘    要:家蚕耐氟遗传,据本试验遗传参数估测结果,其相对耐氟优势(P.R)为5.56,P.R值为正值,故为显性遗传,由正向显性微效多基因控制.不同世代耐氟性方差分析结果存在极显著差异,F1代耐氟性强弱排列为F1>P1、P2>F2>BC1(各回交形式).相关分析结果,耐氟性与茧质性状全茧量、茧层量、茧层率均为正相关,耐氟性与全茧量达极显著水平,耐氟性与茧层量达显著水平,但耐氟性与茧层率未达显著水平.耐氟性与茧丝质性状相关分析结果,耐氟性与解舒、纤度呈负相关,并达显著水平,耐氟性与茧丝长、茧丝量呈正相关,但未达显著水平.

Abstract:In the present study, the average P.R of fluride-resistance was calculated about 5.56, which implied that the genetic model of fluride-resistance oblied the partial dominance, and was controlled by positive dominante polygenes. There were significant differences among the abilities of different generations. The ablity of fluride-resistance in generation F1 was significant higher than that in P1 , P2 , F2 and BC. The results of correlation analysis showed that the ability of fluride-resistance had positive correlation with cocoon weight, cocoon layer weight and ratio of cocoon shell, and showed 0.01 level with cocoon layer weight, 0.05 level with ratio of cocoon shell. The ability of fluride-resistance showed negative correlation with reelability and size, which reach 0.05 level, but showed positive correlation with cocoon filament length and weight of cocoon filament, which under 0.05 level.
