耐低磷玉米自交系的筛选与鉴定指标的建立

摘    要:以375份东北三省常用玉米自交系为试材,研究低磷与高磷水平下苗期叶片症状率、株高、产量、秃尖长度、穗粒数和百粒重的差异,据此筛选出耐低磷玉米自交系,并根据测定指标的差异显著性确定耐低磷玉米自交系的鉴定指标。结果表明:Mo3和掖107为耐低磷玉米自交系;症状叶、产量和百粒重是筛选耐低磷玉米自交系的主要鉴定指标,其中,苗期只要是出现症状叶的自交系均为不耐低磷自交系,产量耐性系数0.85的玉米自交系为耐低磷自交系,百粒重耐性系数0.95的玉米自交系为耐低磷自交系。

Abstract:375 common maize inbred lines in Liaoning,Jilin and Helongjiang were planted in low phosphorous soil.The screening indexes included symptom leaf rate at seedling stage,plant height,yield,bare top length,kernel per ear and 100-seed weight.According to the significant difference of these indexes under low and normal phosphorous treatment,the identification indexes of tolerant to low phosphorous were established.The results showed that Mo3 and Ye 107 were tolerant to low phosphorous.The major identification indexes were symptom leaf,yield and 100-seed weight.As long as symptom leaves emerged at seedling stage,the inbred lines were not tolerant to low phosphorous.When the tolerance coefficient of yield was greater than 0.85,and the resistance coefficient of 100-seed weight was greater than 0.95,the inbred line was tolerant to low phosphorous.
