成龄母雉鸡血清中甲状腺激素的年周期变化

本项研究选用１５ 只成龄母雉鸡以测定血清中甲状腺激素（ Ｔ３ ＋ Ｔ４） 的年周期变化。测定结果表明：①成龄母雉鸡血清中甲状腺激素在４ ，５ ，６ ，７ 月份产蛋期间明显低于其他月份，而１０ ，１１ ，１２ 和１ 月份的含量水平为最高，均显著高于其他月份；②环境温度与成龄母雉鸡血清中的甲状腺激素含量呈负相关；③甲状腺激素具有加强雉鸡体内产热、增加氧的消耗率、提高基础代谢率和促进生长及羽毛更换的生理作用。

Plasma Thyroxine Varying with Cycling Year in Male Pheasant Grown up

Plasma thyroxine 15 of the male pheasant grown up is determined for their varying of cycling year.The result showed that plasma thyroxine of the male pheasant grow up in Apl., May,June,July is rarereduced than the other time,and it's concertration is highest in Oct.,Nov.,Dec.,and Jan,the level is more signficant than the other time. It is negative relationship between concentration of plasmathyroxine in the male and temperature of surrounding.The thyroxine can add up the physiological action of producing heat in body,ratio of consuming that can increase to oxidize,improve basis ratio of metabolism and promotegrowth.
