池养脊尾白虾形态性状对体重的影响效应

摘    要:随机选取3月龄同生群池养脊尾白虾90尾,分别逐尾测量其体重(BW)、体长(BL)、头胸甲长(CL)、头胸甲宽(CW)、头胸甲高(CH)、腹部高(AH)、腹部宽(AW)、腹部长(AL)、额剑长(RL)和尾扇长(TL)等10项生物学指标,并采用多元统计学方法分析了形态性状对体重的影响效应。结果表明:(1)除RL与AL间相关系数未达显著水平(P〉0.05)外,其余均达极显著水平(P〈0.01);(2)CL、CW、TL和AH是影响该虾体重的主要形态性状,通径分析和决定程度分析均指示CL为决定该虾体重的关键变量;(3)所建多元回归方程BW=1.847 CL+1.657 CW+1.110 TL+0.954 AH-3.825(R2=0.931,P〈0.01)可用于准确估算池养脊尾白虾的体重。

Effect of Phenotypic and Morphometric Traits on Body Weight of Exopalaemon carinicauda

Abstract:Effect of phenotypic and morphometric traits on body weight of Exopalaemon carinicauda were studied using correlation analysis, path analysis, and regression analysis. 90 individuals were randomly sampled from a pound. Body length (BL), carapace length (CL), carapace width (CW), carapace height (CH), total length of the abdominal segment(AL), width of the first abdominal segment(A W), height of the first abdominal segment (AH), tail fan length (FL), rostrum length (RL), and body weight (BW) were measured for all individuals. Corre- lation coefficients among all the traits were calculated. The results indicated that:(1) The correlation coeffi- cients between each traits were at extremely significant level (P〈0.01), except for that between RL and AL. (2) By path analysis, CL, CW, FL, and A H were used as independent variables (P〈0.05), and BW was used as de- pendent variable, and CL can be regard as the most important trait for determining the body weight of E. carinicauda.(3) Multiple regression equation (R2=0.931, P〈0.01) of the CL, CW, FL, and AH to BW was ohtained to estimate the body weight of'E. carinicauda, the regression intercept and partial coefficients of the e- quation were -3.825, 1.847, 1.657, 1.110 and 0.954, respectively.
