污灌过程中病原菌代谢与传输特性研究

摘    要:通过模拟污水厂二级出水和清水灌溉土壤的对比实验,研究了病原菌在污水灌溉过程中的代谢与传输特性。从代谢特性来看,污水灌溉较清水来说,病原菌存在着巨大的危害。但从病原菌的传输特性来看,污水灌溉过程中的土壤吸附性使污水灌溉存在巨大的潜力,有必要对病原菌在土壤中的传输特性进行全面的研究,以寻求污水灌溉的最适宜条件。

Abstract:Through the comparison experiments between sewage treatment plant secondary effluent and natural water,the paper introduced the metabolic and transmission characteristic of the pathogenic bacteria.The metabolic characteristic shows that: the sewage irrigation is more harmful than the natural water.But the transmission characteristic shows that: because of the soil adsorption the sewage irrigation have huge potential.In order to seek the optimum conditions of sewage irrigation,it is necessary to take a all-a...
