沈阳地区丝瓜疫病病原菌研究

摘    要:从沈阳地区丝瓜疫病的病组织及土壤中分离18株疫霉菌,从中选取2个代表菌株进行分类鉴定。根据病原菌形态特征、生理特性、寄主范围和核糖体DNA-ITS序列分析等,确定引起丝瓜疫病的病原菌为烟草疫霉(Phytophthora nicotianae Bredade Hann)。该病原菌寄主范围较广,生长温度大于35℃,异宗配合,自然条件下不能产生卵孢子,但在低温等不良环境下形成大量厚垣孢子。

Abstract:Eighteen isolates of Phytophthora were isolated from diseased sponge gourd in Shenyang. Two typical Phytophthora strains that caused sponge gourd wilt were chosen in this experiment. According to morphological characteristics, physiological properties, host range as well as ribosomal DNA ITS sequence, the pathogen was identified as Phytophthora nicotianae Breda de Hann. The pathogen had a wide host range and its growth temperature was higher than 35 ℃. It was heterothallic and could not produce oospores in natural gingko growing regions. But it could produce a large number of chlamydospores in adverse environments, such as low temperature.
