雏鸭实用饲粮锰适宜添加量试验研究

摘    要:选用雏鸭420只,随机分为10组,采用家禽常用饲料作锰适宜添加最的试验研究,试验期5周,锰补加水平:0、20、40、50、60、80、1000、3000、4000、5000ppm。测定了增重、胫骨、肝脏、胰脏、血清、肾脏、心肌锰含量和血红蛋白含量变化,结果表明:雏鸭饲粮锰适宜的添加量为60ppm;雏鸭对高锰耐受最为1000ppm,所测组织锰含量分布为:胫骨>胰脏>肝脏>血清>肾脏>心肌。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted with ducklings to investigate the adequate supplemental manganese (Mn) and allowance by using conventional diets during five weeks 420 were randonly divided into ten groups.Three replicates were used for one treatment.Manganese was suppliod of 0, 20, 40, 50, 60, 80, 1000, 3000, 4000, 5000ppm with manganese sulfate.Weight gain was recorded in the ond.Mn concentration were determined in tibia bone, liver, pancreas, serum, kidney and heart. Hemoglobin contents was examined.The reuits indicated that the adequate supplemental Mn was 60ppm and allowance was lOOOppm for ducklings. Mn concentration of ducklings tissues were tibia bone>pancreas>liver> serum>kidney>heart.
