| 摘 要： | 《食品包装学》是食品专业的一门选修课程，具有较强的综合性和实践性。在教学过程中，从培养学生的学习兴趣入手，通过对教学方法、考核形式、学生能力培养、实践性教学等方面进行了多种教学模式的探索和实践，取得了良好的教学效果。
