| 摘 要： | 土地是财富之母，各国或各地区经济发展的状况与国土资源利用的经济效益密不可分。本研究通过对国内外国土资源利用经济效益的分析，探讨了影响效益的因素，并就我国国土资源的再认识、我国东西部差距以及借鉴国外国土资源利用模式等问题提出了见解。

| Abstract: | Land is the mother of wealth.The economic development of every country or region is closely connected with the economic effect of the utilization of its national territory resources. This essay analyses the economic effect of the utilization of national territory resources at home and abroad, studies the factors involved in it, and presents the viewpoints on the issues as follows:the further cognition about domestic territory resources, the gap between the west and the east in our country,and the critical introduction from the foreign mode of the utilization of national territory resources. |
