低能量氦氖激光照射对荷瘤小鼠NK细胞活性的影响

摘    要:研究低能量氦氖激光照射荷瘤小鼠对NK细胞活性的影响。选取BALB/C雄性小鼠腹腔接种S180,接种后进行激光照射小鼠内眼角,监测了正确对照组,肿瘤对照组和7.33、11.00、14.67、22.00、29.33J/cm^2五个激光照射线能明显提高荷瘤小鼠NK细胞活性;7.33、29.33J/cm^2照射组则长高不明显。

Abstract:The effects of low-energy He-Ne laser irradition on NK activity were systematically studied in the present study afterinoculation S 180 .Five groups of BALB/C mice were irradited at the spot of inner corner of the mouse eye for six days with five different doasages such as 7.33,11.00,14.67,22.00 and 29.33 J/cm 2.After inoculation S 180 sarcoma cells,the NK actitity were monitored kinetically by killing 5 mice in each group at the 4 th,8 th and 12 th day after irradiation.The results showd that the low-energy He-Ne laser irradition of 7.33,11.00,14.67 and 22.00 J/cm 2 could increase the NK activity in some degree.In the opposite direction,the results also show that large doasage of 29.33 J/cm 2 low energy laser irradition could decrease the NK activity.(009)
