套袋对红梨果实品质的影响

摘    要:以红酥脆和红香蜜梨为试材,研究了套袋对红梨果实品质的影响。结果表明,套双层纸袋和三层纸袋均能明显地改善红梨果实外观品质,增加果实硬度,但果实重量和果实可溶性固形物含量均有下降的趋势。

Abstract:In this study,Hongsucui pear and Hongxiangmi pear were taken as experimental material and the effect of the bagging technique on the quality of red pear was studied.The results showed that the double-bagging and three-bagging technique can significantly improve the external quality of red pear and increase fruit firmness,but bagging can decrease fruit weight and the concentration of soluble solid.
