稻褐飞虱新抗源的鉴定和利用

摘    要:通过筛选抗源、抗性遗传分析,水稻品系BPHR96对褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ和孟加拉型具有高水平广谱抗性,其抗性遗传受2对显性基因控制.通过抗性基因聚合可以有效地获得高抗广谱的抗虫材料,甚至可以从4~6个抗性基因重组后代中获得1级的高抗材料.同时,利用褐飞虱优异抗源BPHR96,获得一大批抗褐飞虱的创新种质.研究结果表明,BPHR96是具有重要利用价值的BPH抗性资源,抗性基因重组与聚合是培育广谱持久高抗性水稻品种的有效途径,特别是利用BPHR96与其他抗源进行抗性基因重组和聚合可为水稻育种提供更理想的抗性.

Abstract:BPHR 96 high resistant to biotypes II,Bangladesh and Nanning field population of mix biotypes of the BPH, with its resistance derived from Oryza rufipogon Griff., was found through screening resistance sources, genetic analysis of resistance, recombination and pyramiding of resistance genes . The BPH resistance of BPHR96 was governed by two pairs of dominant genes. The natural BPH resistance sources controlled by two-pair gene showed higher level and broader spectrum of resistance. Artificially pyramiding different resistance genes could creat high and broad-spectrum resistant materials. Particularly, recombination of 4 to 6 resistance genes could obtain scale 1 class of high resistant breeding lines and the recombinants of resistance from BPHR 96 with other sources presented highest BPH resistance. A number of breeding lines with their BPH resistance transferred from BPHR 96 were developed in the study. It was concluded that the BPHR 96 was of great useful value as a BPH resistant source. Recombination and pyramiding of resistance genes were efficient method to breed rice varieties with high, broad-spectrum and durable BPH resistance. The use of resistance from BPHR 96 and recombination and accumulation with other resistant sources would provide the most ideal resistance to rice breeding.
