| Abstract: | This article expounds the principle of PCR technique,main methods of operations and its application to testing for virus pollution causing by veterinarian biological product.It emphatically introduces the method to test avian paramyxo virus 1 and pestivirus by using PCR technique.It has the advantages of quickness,sensitivity and high peculiarity etc.,showing certain guiding significance to the production of veterinary biological product and clinical practice. |
