不同年度重庆稻瘟病菌群体遗传结构与致病型的变化

摘    要:采用rep-PCR分子指纹技术对2006-2007年重庆地区的稻瘟病菌进行了遗传结构分析。结果表明,供试菌株分别扩增到2~17条DNA带。经UPGMA聚类分析,在0.80遗传相似水平下,73个供试菌株划分为12个遗传谱系。结合传统的植病学方法,测定了分布于各个遗传谱系中的66个稻瘟病菌菌株的致病型。66个菌株分属为ZA、ZB、ZC、ZF、ZG共5群22个致病型,其中ZA、ZB群占优势,ZA11、ZB11为优势致病型。与2002年重庆稻瘟病菌70个菌株的遗传谱系和致病型进行对比发现,不同年度间重庆稻瘟病菌的谱系和致病型存在一定的动态变化,近年来呈现出更为复杂多变的遗传多样性。

Abstract:The population structure of Magnaporthe grisea isolates collected from Chongqing area was determined with the rep-PCR technique.Each isolate was amplified with 2-17 DNA bands.Clustering analysis with UPGMA classified 73 isolates into 12 genetic lineages at a genetic similarity of 0.8.The pathotypes of 66 Magnaporthe grisea isolates in the genetic lineage were tested by traditional plant pathology.The 66 isolates were divided into 5 groups(ZA,ZB,ZC,ZF,ZG)and 22 pathotypes.ZA and ZB were the dominant groups and ZA11,ZB11 were the major pathotypes.The genetic lineages and pathotypes of Magnaporthe grisea changed in different years,and the genetic diversity became more complicated and changeable in recent years.
