摘    要:以4年生刨花楠扦插苗叶片为实验材料,模拟低温环境,研究刨花楠在低温下的生理生化变化.研究结果表明:随着处理温度的降低,细胞相对电导率先上升后下降,POD活性先下降后上升,SOD活性和可溶性糖以及游离脯基酸含量先上升,再下降,最后又上升,MDA含量先下降,再上升,最后又下降.

Abstract:Simulating chilling environment and using the leaf of 4-years old seedling of Machilus pauhoi,the physiological and bio-chemical characteristics change of M.pauhoi in chilling was studied.The results are as follows: the cell relative permeability increased first and then decreased with the temperature dropping;the activity of POD decreased first and increased later;the activity of SOD,content of soluble sugar and PRO increased first,then decreased,increased at last;the content of MDA decreased first,and then increased,decreased at last.
