开发建设项目水土保持方案有关技术问题探讨

Probe into Several Technique Problems About Soil and Water Conservation Plan for Exploitation and Construction Projects

Soil loss caused by exploitation and construction projects has characteristics incompleteness of region, imbalance of process and variance and potentiality of harm, etc. When drowning up soil and water conservation plan, we should consider its sole prevention goal, definiteness and high standard of prevention measures, meanwhile we also should consider temporary and mandatory implementation of soil and water conservation plan.
