摘    要:研究了栽培种培养时间对真姬菇搔菌后气生菌丝恢复生长、料面转色、现蕾和子实体发育的影响,发现培养75d的处理C和培养83d的处理D的现蕾情况最好,菇形最佳,产量最高,16瓶产量分别达2.261kg和2.364kg;培养61d的处理A和培养67d的处理B现蕾情况不好,子实体发育迟缓,栽培瓶之间差异较大;培养92d的处理E现蕾情况良好,但是在栽培后期易受杂菌污染。

Abstract:Effect of different culture spawn incubation times on the growth restoration of aerial mycelia, color changing of compost surface, primordium initiation and fruitbody development of Hypsizygus marmoreus after scratching of compost was studied. The results demonstrated that treatments C and D with culture spawn incubation times of 75d and 83d resp. were proved to be the best in status of primordium initiation, the most excellent fruitbody morphology and the highest yield of 2.261kg/16 bottles and 2.364kg/16 bottles resp; and that treatments A and B with culture spawn incubation times of 61d and 67d resp. showed poor status of primordium initiation,slow fruitbody development and significant differences among cultivation bottles; while treatment E with culture spawn incubation time of 92d was in fine status of primordium initiation,but was easy to be infected by the wild molds during the late period of cultivation.
