栝楼无土育苗技术研究

摘    要:从育苗基质和根粗两个因素研究栝楼育苗技术,结果表明:选用直径1.5—3cm段的块根,以煤渣、棉籽壳、河沙等体积配比作基质进行无土育苗,苗壮且根系发达,但考虑到成本因素,选河沙作基质也较好。

Study on Soilless Cultural of seedlings Technology of Trichosanthes Kkirflowii Maxim.

Abstract:This paper studied soilless cultural technology of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim seedlings, with respects to breeding matrix and different diameter of tuberous root. The results of experiments indicated that selecting the diameter of 1.5 to 3 cm Tuberous root and the matrix made of cinder, cotton seed hull and river sand which are the same size for soilless propagation, we gained the strong seedlings with highly developed root systems. However, taking into account of the cost factor, river sand to be selected as matrix is a good measure. This study provides technical guidance in production and cultivation of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.
