加强生态道德建设，促进我国海洋事业的可持续发展

生态道德，也称环境道德，是指人类生态文明的道德要求，即要求人们具有生态文明的普遍信念并对人们行为产生影响的基本道德规范。海洋事业可持续发展面临着海洋环境污染日趋严重等问题，亟待加强海洋生态道德建设。加强海洋生态道德建设，要大力宣传生态善恶观和生态良心，构建海洋生态道德建设的良好社会环境；要以生态公正意识和互利原则为核心任务，提升海洋生态道德教育的广度和深度；要以培育自律精神为基础，做到海洋事业法治与德治的有机结合。

Strengthening Construction of Ecological Ethics to Accelerate Sustainable Development of Marine Program

Ecological ethics, also called environmental ethics, indicates the moral requirements of human ecological civilization. Ecological ethics requires people to acquire the common belief of ecological civilization and these basic moral norms can have impact on people. The sustainable development of marine program is facing some problems, such as the marine environmental pollution is becoming a more and more serious problem. In order to strengthen marine ecological moral construction, the ecological view and ecological conscience must be publicized vigorously, and a good social environment of marine ecological moral construction must be constructed. Also, the ecological justice consciousness and the principle of mutual benefit must be taken as the core task, and the scope and the depth of education of ecological morality must be enhanced. And the self-discipline essence must be cultivated as the foundation in order to combine the legal system with the rule of virtue in the marine program.
