日粮中添加不同比例桑叶对淮南麻黄鸡生产性能的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同比例桑叶对淮南麻黄鸡生产性能、肉品质和血清生化指标的影响.选用55日龄淮南麻黄鸡360只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复.试验分前期和后期,对照组鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2、3组日粮是在基础日粮(等营养)中分别添加3%、5%和7%桑叶粉.结果表明:(1)试验全期各组的鸡增重、料增重比和屠宰性能差异都不显著(P>0.05);(2)试验1组、试验2组和试验3组鸡肉L和a与对照组差异都不显著(P>0.05),鸡肉b比对照组分别高14.10%(P>0.05)、23.60%(P<0.05)和5.88% (P>0.05);(3)日粮中添加3%桑叶粉试验组鸡肉中苏氨酸、异亮氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、组氨酸比对照组都高(P<0.05);试验各组鸡肉中总磷比对照组分别低17.39% (P<0.05)、21.74% (P<0.01)和30.43%(P<0.01);(4)试验1组、2组、3组鸡血清尿素氮与对照组差异都不显著(P>0.05).上述结果表明桑叶饲喂肉鸡是可行的.

Effect of Different Contents of Folium Mori in Diets on Production Performance of Huainan Partridge Chicken

Abstract:The experiment was carried out to study the effect of different contents of folium mori in diets on production performance,meat quality and serum biochemical indexes of Huainan partridge chicken.360 fifty-five-day-old partridge chicken were selected,and randomly divided into 4 groups,3 repeats in each group.The experiment consisted of a prophase and an anaphase,during the whole phases the control group was fed basal diet,while the experimental group 1,2 and 3 were fed basal diet adding 3%,5% and 7% of folium mori.The results show that (1) in the whole experimental period,there were no significant differences among the body weight gain,feed/weight gain and slaughter performance (P〉0.05) ; (2) the L and a of meat in experimental group 1,2 and 3 were not significantly different than that of the control(P〈0.05),while b of meat was 14.10% (P〉0.05),23.60% (P〈0.05) and 5.88% (P〉0.05) higher than that of the control,respectively; (3) the Thr,Ile,Tyr,Phe and His content in meat of adding 3% folium mori group were higher than that of the control (P〈0.05) ; while the AP content in the experimental groups was 17.39% (P〈0.05),21.74% (P〈0.01) and 30.43% (P〈0.01) lower than that of the control,respectively; (4) the serum urea nitrogen in the experimental groups and the control group was not significantly different (P〉0.05).The above results show that it is feasible to feed the chicken with folium mori.
