| 摘 要： | 蛋白质组学伴随后基因组学发展的需要而诞生，其发展迅速，已广泛应用到生物学、医学等各个领域。文章综述了蛋白质研究在植物发育过程中的应用，包括了植物胚胎发育、花和种子发育过程中的蛋白质研究以及植物器官、植物激素、环境因子相关蛋白质组学研究。

| Abstract: | Proteomics was born with the need of post-genomics development and developed rapidly.It was used widely in biology,medicine and so on.This paper summarized the application of protein research in the plant development,which included the development of plant embryo,flower and seeds.It also included the proteomics research of plant organ,plant hormone and environment factors. |
