普通玉米与糯玉米籽粒灌浆特性比较研究

［目的］探讨普通玉米与糯玉米籽粒灌浆特性的差异。［方法］以3个糯玉米品种和1个普通玉米品种为试验材料，用Logistic方程拟合籽粒灌浆过程，分析一系列籽粒灌浆参数与授粉后天数的关系，比较普通玉米与糯玉米的籽粒灌浆特性。 ［结果］玉米鲜重与授粉后天数呈二次曲线关系，变化趋势因品种而异，成熟的糯玉米比普通玉米轻。干重随授粉后天数的增加呈“S”型曲线增长，符合自然生长模式y=k/（1＋e^a-bx）。籽粒含水率随授粉后天数的增加均呈直线下降趋势，3个糯玉米品种比普通玉米灌浆中期籽粒含水率下降快。［结论］由方程参数、“S”型曲线以及灌浆速率曲线分析结果可以得出，与普通玉米相比，3个糯玉米品种具有籽粒灌浆持续时间短、籽粒干重快速增长持续时间短、最大灌浆速率小等特点。

Comparative Studies on the Grain Filling Characteristics of Normal Maize and Waxy Maize
