| 摘 要： | 根据高校档案管理工作面临着的新形势和新任务,提出加强和改进高校档案管理工作的措施是：认真贯彻“档案法”,强化档案管理意识;健全工作网络,建立、完善工作责任制;改善工作条件,改进管理手段;突出管理重点,加强业务培训;重视档案信息的开发和利用,更好地为经济建设和教育事业服务。

| Abstract: | In colleges and universities, confronting the new situation and task of archives administration, the measures of strengthening and improving the archives administration are to carry out "Archives Law" conscientiously; to strengthen the consciousness of archive administration; to perfect the worknet; to establish and improve the Job responsibility system; to make the working conditions and administration means better; to lay stress on the administration; to strengthen professional training; to attach importance to the exploitation and utilization of archives information so as to better serve for economic construction and education. |
