| Abstract: | On base of studying soil and water resource compensation,the paper clarifies the connotations,analyses actuality of the soil and water resource loss restraining compensation and points the problems.In the end of,it puts forward the suggestion on perfecting soil and water resource loss restraining compensation,e.g.legislation,basic theory study,and the measures innovation. |
