散乱点云数控加工刀轨优化算法研究

摘    要:提出一种散乱点云数控加工刀轨优化算法,该算法在精度允许范围内,通过迭代逼近对散乱点云数控加工刀轨进行精简,根据光顺性条件调整刀轨节点,实现数控加工刀轨的优化,实例证明该算法在保证加工精度的前提下可高质量地生成散乱点云数控加工刀轨,显著提高产品的加工效率及加工质量。

Abstract:The optimization algorithm of NC tool-path for scattered points is proposed,which includes two steps:first,the NC tool-path was approximated by many tool-path segments according to the optimized accuracy;second,the nodes of approximation tool-path were adjusted by smoothing requirements,and it's proved that the optimization algorithm can realize the optimization of NC tool-path for scattered points effectively and improve the efficiency of product processing significantly.
