黄波斯菊试管苗开花技术研究

摘    要:不同基本培养基对黄波斯菊试管苗成花试验结果表明:黄波斯菊的种子用0.1%升汞消毒8 min的效果最好,成活率为92%;最佳的增殖培养基配方为MS+6-BA0.2 mg/L+NAA0.02 mg/L+蔗糖20 g/L+琼脂10 g/L;芽苗在1/2 MS+NAA0.2 mg/L+PP3330.5 mg/L+糖20 g/L+琼脂10 g/L培养基中培养,植株表现为矮壮、叶片呈浓绿色、根系发达。取健壮的植株在改良MS+PP3330.5 mg/L+6-BA1.0 mg/L+糖20 g/L+琼脂10 g/L培养基上培养35~45 d后即可开花。

Abstract:The flowering technology of test-tube plantlets of Cosmos sulfureus was studied in this paper.The results showed that disinfecting the seeds of Cosmos sulfureus with 0.1% HgCl2 for 8 minutes achieved the highest survival percentage(92%).The best proliferation medium was MS+ 6-BA 0.2 mg/L+ NAA 0.02 mg/L+ sucrose 20 g/L+ agar 10 g/L.The 1/2 MS basic medium supplemented with NAA 0.2 mg/L,PP333 0.5 mg/L,sugar 20 g/L and agar 10 g/L was found to be the best for the development of buds,producing short and strong ...
