野生二粒小麦分子生物学研究现状及其在育种中的应用

摘    要:野生二粒小麦是四倍体和六倍体小麦的祖先种,是普通小麦育种的优异基因源.介绍了野生二粒小麦与普通小麦的亲缘关系和作为优质基因源的优点,总结了分子生物学在野生二粒小麦上的研究现状,并讨论了野生二粒小麦在育种中的应用前景.

Abstract:Wild emmer wheat Triticum dicoccoides(Triticum turgidum var.dicoccoides Koern.,AABB,2n=4x=28) is the progenitor of tetraploid wheat and hexaploid wheat,and it is a source of valuable genes for wheat breeding.In this paper,the physiological and ecological characteristics of T.dicoccoides and its advantage to be the source of valuable genes were introduced,the research advance in the molecular biology of T.dicoccoides was summarized,and the prospects of T.dicoccoides application in wheat breeding was discusse...
