摘    要:阐述了龙岩咸酥花生加工的工艺流程和条件;通过对龙岩咸酥花生产品质量的综合分析,参考我国输日盐水速冻花生和台湾省加工专用型花生品种的标准,从感观、品质、产量与抗逆性等方面提出了龙岩咸酥花生加工专用型品种的具体指标。

Abstract:In this paper,the processing flow and conditions of Longyan salty crisp peanut were elaborated.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the quality of Longyan salty crisp peanut products,and consulting the standards of the brine quickly-frozen peanut exported to Japan as well as peanut variety specially used for processing in Taiwan,the specific indexes of peanut variety specially used for the processing of Longyan salty crisp peanut were proposed from the aspects of sense,quality,yield and stress resistance ...
