摘 要: | 以β-环糊精(β-CD)为主体,蜂胶醇溶物为客体,应用二次正交组合试验研究混合比、包合温度、包合时间三因素对蜂胶类黄酮包合利用率的影响,从而寻找β-CD和蜂胶的最佳包合工艺条件.结果表明,(1)由试验研究所得到的数学模型可用于定量描述蜂胶类黄酮包合利用率在包合过程中的变化规律;(2)影响蜂胶包合的主要因素为:混合比>包合温度 包合时间;(3)混合比和包合温度的交互作用对β-CD与蜂胶的包合作用有极显著的影响,包合温度与包合时间的交互作用对β-CD与蜂胶的包合作用也有显著的影响;(4)β-CD与蜂胶的最佳包合工艺参数为:β-CD与蜂胶混合比10.29∶1,包合温度58.9℃,包合时间2.2h.

Inclusion techniques of propolis*β-cyclodextrin |

Abstract: | The inclusion complex of propolis·β CD was prepared by mixed solution method, which used β CD as host and propolis as guest. Quadratic orthogonality experiment was used to examine the effect of different factors. The results showed that: (1) the mathematical model obtained from experiment could be used to quantitatively describe the changing rule of inclusion utilization rate of propolis flavonoid; (2) the factor order influencing the changing of inclusion utilization rate of propolis flavonoid was: mixing ratio of β CD to complex of proplis dissolved by alcohol>inclusion temperature inclusion time; (3) the influence of the interactions between mixed ratio and inclusion temperature and between inclusion temperature and inclusion time was very significant; (4) the optimal inclusion techniques were 10.29∶1 for the ratio, 58.9 ℃ for inclusion temperature and 2.2 h for inclusion time. |
