喷洒亚硫酸氢钠对小麦籽粒产量和蛋白质含量的影响

摘    要: 以两个产量相近 ,但蛋白质含量差异较大的小麦品种为材料 ,在不同氮素营养水平下 ,研究了喷洒低浓度亚硫酸氢钠对硝酸还原过程及籽粒产量和蛋白质含量的影响 ,以探讨光合碳氮代谢关系与产量和蛋白质含量形成的内在机制。结果表明 ,在小麦灌浆期喷洒亚硫酸氢钠虽然可使籽粒产量增加 ,但硝酸还原能力减弱 ,最终导致籽粒蛋白质含量下降。不论是否喷洒亚硫酸氢钠 ,高蛋白小麦品种的硝酸还原能力及最终籽粒蛋白质含量均高于低蛋白小麦品种。

Abstract:Two wheat varieties with similar yield and significantly different protein content were chosen in this study. Under different conditions of nitrogen nutrition, the effects of spraying low concentration of NaHSO 3 on the nitrate reduction, yield and protein content of grain were studied. As a result, we discussed the relation between carbon metabolism and nitrogen metabolism, the intrinsic mechanism of the development of yield and protein content. The results showed that during grain filling stage, spraying NaHSO 3 on wheat increase the yield of grain, however, the capacity of nitrate reduction declined, which might result in the decrease of protein content in the end. Whether spraying NaHSO 3 or not, the variety of high protein content had higher final protein content and nitrate reduction capacity than that of low protein content.
