摘    要:将新型轴向力平衡装置两个间隙中的流动假设为层流,并将两个间隙流动的物理模型简化为平行板间隙的层流运动,推导出了径向间隙与泄漏量关系式和考虑离心力效应时轴向间隙与泄漏量的关系式.并应用连续方程和水泵势扬程方程式,求出了间隙泄漏量是其间隙几何参数及泵扬程的函数关系式.并将该装置应用于工程实践.

Abstract:The flow between two gaps in the new type of axial trust balancing device was assumed as laminar move,and the flowing physical model in these two gaps was simplified into laminar move in the gaps between two parallel plates.The relational formula between axial gap and radial gap and relational formula with considering centrifugal thrust effect was solved.Applying continuous equation and pump's potential head equation to conclude that the leakage flow rate was a function of gap geometric parameter and pump head,the device was applied to engineering practice.
