| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的快速发展,高校的专利事业取得了长足发展,专利申请量和授权量逐年增长。从高校的专利授权及实施现状出发,通过对专利实施的思考,分析了专利实施率低的原因,提出了解决问题的措施,以期推动高校的专利实施工作。

| Abstract: | With the rapid economic development,the work on patents in universities has a rapid development and the amount of patent application and authorization has increased year by year.This paper,in the light of current situation of patent authorization and exploitation and thinking on it,analyses the factors of the patent′s low exploitation rate and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the existing problems in order to promote patent exploitation. |
