Abstract:Feed industry plays an important role in supporting the development of Chinese animal husbandry and aquaculture industry.With the continuous development of the industry,the management,R&D and production talents of feed enterprises show a significant upward trend.It has become a consensus for feed enterprises to continuously strengthen the training and cultivation of their staff.How to focus on innovation and development,improve the training mechanism and implement high-quality staff training has become the only way for feed enterprises to achieve high-quality development,in this paper,the competence model is used and through its application in employee training,to carry out in-depth analysis of the outstanding problems existing in the construction of employee training mechanism and system improvement of feed enterprises,and the model is used to provide valuable suggestions for these problems.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide more references for the optimization of staff training mechanism in feed enterprises.
