Abstract: | [Objective]The effects of cadmium(Cd),lead(Pb)and zinc(Zn)stress on the growth and biomass of pakchoi were studied by adding exogenous heavy metals and pot experiments.[Method]Adding exogenous heavy metal through soil,different concentration of stress experiments were set to measure the influence of growth and biomass on cabbage.[Result]The results showed that Cd,Pb and Zn stress did not show significant inhibition in the early growth stage of pakchoi.The middle and late growth stages of pakchoi were sensitive to Cd,Pb and Zn stress.Low concentrations of Cd,Pb and Zn stress did not significantly inhibit the growth of pakchoi,but had an important effect on the water content of pakchoi.With the strengthening of stress,the water content of pakchoi decreased significantly,indicating that heavy metal stress significantly inhibited the absorption of soil water by pakchoi.[Conclusion]The results could provide references for soil remediation,application and cultivation. |
