车辆节能型主动悬架的研究

摘    要:出于节能和主动控制的考虑,利用无刷永磁直线直流电机作为主动悬架的作动器,提出并设计了这种主动悬架的基本结构,对车辆模型进行运动学分析并设计了控制器。通过对该模型的仿真分析结果表明,主动悬架实现了汽车振动的主动控制,可储存再利用振动的能量,达到节能的要求。

Abstract:Considering to save energy and obtain active control,we choose the brushless permanent linear direct current motor as the active suspension's actuator.The fundamental structure of this active suspension is proposed and designed.The dynamic of the vehicle's suspension model was analyzed and the design of an effective controller was made.Through simulation,the result shows that this active suspension realizes the active control for the vehicle's vibration.Moreover,it can store and exploit the energy of vibration so it satisfies the command of saving energy.
