摘    要:为解决奶牛乳脂低而影响原料奶质量问题,本文参考国内外相关资料及研究成果,综述了产生奶牛乳脂降低的主要原因、机理及预防措施,旨在奶牛生产中减少低脂乳综合症的发生,提高原料奶的质量。

Abstract:To help solve the problem of low benefit caused by low milk fat percentage,reasons,mechanisms of low fat syndrome were reviewed based on some recent studies.Some countermeasures and key points should be considered in practices were summarized to help prevent the low fat syndrome and improve the raw milk.
