程桥污水厂污泥来源堆肥产品的绿地利用可行性探讨

针对上海面临的污泥处理处置难，以及土地利用难以实施的现实，以程桥污水厂污泥为原料进行堆肥产品的研制。对堆肥产品的定期监测显示，程桥污泥堆肥产品有机质、氮、磷等养分含量高，pH酸性，通气性好，基本符合上海市有关有机肥料和绿化栽培介质的质量标准，污染物符合国家有关污泥农用的污染物国家排放标准，污泥堆肥产品在绿地上使用是安全的。堆肥产品与几种土壤改良材料在黑麦草上栽培试验表明，程桥污泥堆肥产品的利用价值高，经济成本不高于其他的土壤改良材料，可以替代其他土壤改良材料应用于城市绿地；同时从污泥利用的潜在绿化市场分析也为污泥土地利用提供了广阔前景。

Probing into the Application Possibility of Sewage Sludge Compost from Chengqiao Sewerage Company on Green Land

Due to the difficulty for disposing and application of sewage sludge,the sewage sludge from Chengqiao Sewerage Company was utilized as material compost.The periodic analysis shows that Chengqiao sludge compost has high contents of organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and other nutrition.It also characterized by acidic pH and high aeration porosity that reaches the shanghai quality standard for organic fertilizer and gardening cultivation media.Moreover,the pollution of Chengqiao sewage sludge compost is below the standard of national limit.So,the sewage sludge compost can be used safely on green lands.Through ryegrass cultivation experiments,the results show that Chengqiao sewage sludge has great application value and low economical cost as compared with some other soil amendments.Therefore,Chengqiao sewage sludge can be utilized to replace other soil amendments.The analysis revealed that Chengqiao sewage sludge has great perspective of land application.
