地锦属野生种及栽培品种的ISSR分析鉴定

摘    要:利用ISSR分子标记对9份地锦属植物材料进行基因组多态性分析,7条引物共扩增出74条带,其中多态带百分率达95.9%,所选引物能将全部供试材料区分开,并表现出很高的鉴定效率。利用NTSYSpc2.10e软件进行相似系数分析,9份地锦属植物材料的遗传相似系数在0.30~0.89之间,平均相似系数为0.517。通过扩增结果...

Abstract:Nine germplasms of Parthenocissus were analyzed for their genome polymorphism by ISSR.A total of 74 bands were amplified by 7 primers,of which 95.9% were polymorphic.All materials could be distinguished by the selected primers with high identification efficiency.The genetic similarity coefficients of the 9 germplasms varied among germplasms was 0.30 to 0.89 with an average of 0.517,computed with software NTSYSpc2.10e.Judging from the clustering dendrogram constructed by UPGMA method,an introduced cultivar P...
