| 摘 要： | 试验采用秋水仙碱加入培养基和秋水仙碱溶液浸泡处理大蒜愈伤组织,经染色体数目鉴定表明,这两种方法都能有效地诱导四倍体细胞。加入培养基法在诱导率和操作上都优于液体浸泡法。其中以在培养基中加入0.08%秋水仙碱,处理4d的诱导效果较好,加倍率达26.0%。

| Abstract: | In this experiment,the Welsh onion callus was treated by adding colchicines into the culture medium and dipped in colchicines solution.It resulted that both the two methods could effectively induce the tetraploid cells,but the former one was better in not only inducing rate but also operation.Adding 0.08% colchicines into medium for 4 days could obtain better induction effect with 26.0% of the doubling rate. |
