古浪县二阴山区实现停止生态破坏的剖析

本文通过对两个联社定时、定位、定量的调查分析,提出古浪县二阴山区实现停止生态破坏的规律,对解决同类型地区恢复生态平衡,具有参考价值。当前,二阴山区存在的主要生态问题,是由于人口过密导致“三料”俱缺,森林植被、草场资源被破坏,耕作制度落后。因此,应采取以开发非再生性能源为主的综合治理方案,供煤节能,种草种树,调整农业生产结构;并控制人口,进行移民;发挥林牧优势,实现“三年停止破坏,五年解决温饱”的奋斗目标。

Analysis on Leaving off Destroying the Ecological Equation in semi-arid Mountain Region of Gulong County

Investigations and analysis have been made in two production cooperatives at the given time, in the given space and with the given amount of work. And the means of leaving off destroying the ecological equation there have been suggested. It is of some value of reference to the similar regions in restoring the ecological equation. At present the main ecological problem there is that the great density of population results in lack of three materialsfuel, feed and fertilizer.Asa result, forest vegetation, glassland resource and cultivation system have been subjected to destruction. So the problems should be tacked in a comprehensive way. In order to achieve the gaol of leaving off destroying in three years and solving the problem of food and clothing in five years, we should resort to such measures, assupplying coal and saving energy, growing grass and planting trees, adjus ting structure of agricultural ecolgy, birth controll, going to other plaecs to live there, developping forestry and livestock, and so on.
